Propane/Oil/Kerosene

FEES:

$20.00 fuel surcharge for below minimum deliveries

  Minimum for Oil & Kerosene: 100 gallons

  Minimum for Propane:  gallons equivalent to 50% of tank capacity

$10.00 bleed line fee for out of Oil & Kerosene deliveries

$10.00 re light fee for out of Propane deliveries

$45.00 Special trip unscheduled area charge, all fuel types

$25.00 fee for all after hours & holiday deliveries in addition
     to Special Trip Charge

$20.00 tank removal fee for tanks and regulators owned by
     Valley Gas & Oil Company

OTHER OPTIONS:

-Budget Plan (same monthly payment)

-Prebuy-buy/Lock-In pricing available every June

-Customer Referral Bonus:  $20 Certificate

-Volume/Commercial Discounts: based on yearly usage

-Pricing incentive for Propane & Oil/Kerosene combination accounts:

   $0.10/gal off ALL fuel types-must be same delivery location for
   Propane/Oil/Kerosene and must be on Auto-Fill schedule
   and paid within 10 days of delivery to receive incentive price

-Valley Gas & Oil Company accepts Li-HEAP payments

HELD DELIVERIES:

Valley Gas & Oil Company reserves the right to hold or refuse delivery:

-Delinquent accounts with balances over 30 days old without notice

-Tanks or fill valves that are inaccessible due to obstruction of
  any kind / road conditions

-System is unsafe or does not meet codes/regulations at delivery location
